This policy is written under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
What the demo form collects
- your name, your phone (WhatsApp) and your e-mail;
- your gym's name, its city, its number of members and of branches;
- your message, if you write one;
- the language and page you send the form from, the price plan you looked at, and where your visit came from (campaign link, referring site).
Why
Only to contact you about your demo request and present EasyClub. This information is processed with your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (it is never pre-ticked).
Where your data goes
It is sent to EasyClub's back office, on the private server that hosts EasyClub, administered by TMC Solutions and seen only by the team who contacts you. Your IP address is only used to limit repeated sending and is not kept. It is not sold, transferred or used for advertising.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation also goes through WhatsApp, under its own terms.
How long
Your name, phone, e-mail, gym name and message are erased 24 months after our last exchange, or 30 days after a request is closed without follow-up. Only figures without a name remain (city, gym size, plan). You can ask for deletion earlier.
Audience measurement and browser storage
This site uses no advertising cookie or advertising tracker. Audience measurement, when enabled, works without cookies and without personal data (number of visits, button clicks).
For the length of your visit only, your browser keeps where your visit came from and the plan you looked at (sessionStorage), to attach them to your request. They disappear when you close the tab.
Your rights
Under law 09-08, you can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to [email protected]; we answer as soon as we can.
