Gym access terminals: ZKTeco and Hikvision, connected to your memberships.
A terminal on its own doesn't know who has paid. Connected to EasyClub, it updates itself when a member pays, renews, expires or is blocked. Every entry shows live, and you are alerted if the device stops answering.
EasyClub stores no fingerprint or face: they stay on the device. The photo is sent only with the member's consent.
How it works

The member pays, the terminal knows.
When a member pays, renews, expires or is blocked, EasyClub updates the terminal by itself. Nobody has to add or remove anyone on the device.

They walk in with finger, face or card.
Every pass shows live in EasyClub as a check-in. Entry and exit on the same device.

The membership ends, the door stays shut.
No more free entry after the end date. If the device stops answering, you get an alert.
Supported devices
ZKTeco, e.g. SpeedFace-V3L. Hikvision, e.g. DS-K1T804AMF. Other models from these two brands are confirmed model by model: send us the reference written under the device. A turnstile is driven through the terminal's relay.

Your members and their privacy
EasyClub stores no fingerprint and no face template: they stay on the device. For face recognition, the member's photo is sent to the device only with their consent, recorded on their profile.
Installation
A small program (the “bridge”) runs on a PC at the gym or a Raspberry Pi and connects the terminal to EasyClub, over the gym's network. For pilot gyms, we set it up.
Questions about access terminals
I already have a fingerprint terminal.
If it's a ZKTeco or a Hikvision, there's a good chance we can connect it to EasyClub: send us its model on WhatsApp and we'll confirm for that exact model. Other brands aren't supported today.
What if the internet goes down?
The desk keeps working without internet: check-ins and payments are kept on the device and sent as soon as the connection is back. New sign-ups wait for the internet. A backup 4G box is still useful for the access terminal and reports.
Does the terminal replace the desk?
No: the desk sees every entry live and still handles payments, renewals and unblocking.
