Questions about pricing
Subscription or lifetime licence?
A subscription is paid monthly or yearly, with no commitment. A lifetime licence is paid once, based on the number of gyms, plus a yearly maintenance of 20% of its price covering hosting, updates and support. The features are the same; another gym can be added later.
Is the quote excl. or incl. VAT?
Our quotes are excl. VAT: 20% VAT is added on the invoice. Setup is free for the first 10 gyms.
Is there a commitment?
No. You pay monthly and stop whenever you want.
How long does setup take?
We do it all: your plans, entering your members, connecting the terminals and training your staff, free for pilot gyms. The time depends mostly on how many members we enter: we tell you during the demo, with your notebook or file in front of us.
Can I import my members?
Yes: you import your members and their memberships from an Excel file, and EasyClub shows you the rows to fix before importing. We can also do it for you when you start.
Where is my data, and who sees it?
Each gym's data is kept apart from the others. Each staff member sees only what their role allows, and every sensitive action is logged. EasyClub stores no bank card number, no national ID, no health data, no fingerprint or face. The data is backed up every day.
